The FF2 value we see on the meter screen and the FF2 value we read from with software the meter are different from each other. What is the reason of this?

Meter LCD Screen: 0005C1900

Read by software: 80028AC08

Note: We query with the code 0.0.97.97.2.235 with the software.

Hi,

Hi,

COVID is causing that I'm working from the home office and I don't have access to Itron SL7000 at the moment. I can't remember what was OBIS code for F2 was, but that should be on the meter manual. If you don't have it try to read other error codes. I believe that you are reading the wrong OBIS code.

Mikko

The obis code I read: 0.0.97

The obis code I read: 0.0.97.97.2.255

Is there a different obis code?

Hi,

Hi,

You need to verify from the meter documentation what is the OBIS code for F.F2.
It might be a manufacturer-specific OBIS code.

BR,
Mikko
