Help with connection and read with landis+gyr e650 + CU-E22 using python

Hi, this is Juan From colombia, for the last days i`ve been working with the landis+gyr e 650 Model:ZMD402 & the CU-E22.
I`m gonna talk you about what i wanna achieve, and maybe you could help me with that.
Ok, from the last days i've been trying to connec the landis from the CU to python, i already know which port i have to use and all the security information.
I try with wrapper and HDLC but i dont manage to make it work.
Usually the device open the tcp and arrq, after that he makes the request from tx-AARQ with the information bytes.
but when the device waits for the AARE it doesn't connect, it says that the device deny the connection.
and i wanna know if maybe you have encontered errors like this and what u usually do.
If you want maybe i could send you the python code, and all the information U may need.
