problems with creating the administrator user

I have installed Gurux DLMS AMI, I have created a user to access, but I notice that this user is not an administrator, I need to be able to access all the functionalities of the administrator user with their high privileges, as seen in this quick configuration guide:

Hi,
The first user you create is an administrator and the rest of the created users are normal users by default. Administrator users can create other users and give needed access rights to the users.

If you want that all new users are administrators as a default you can set default roles here.
