I have been trying to get previous month's data of my three phase smart meter and I do not understand 1.8.1*X obis code. Please help me how to get the X value.

Also I am trying to connect using third party device which is RS485 interface. Is it possible?
Yes, that is possible. "no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it" error means that your IP address or port number is wrong and TCP/IP connection can't be established. Check those first.
The meter I am using is Shenzhen Inhemeter i310(DTZ1513) and I am using serial port to connect and still does not work I am not sure it's settings or not. Can you check this meter?
