Hello Mikko,
our DLMS library discards response to RLRQ (Association release, i.e. Disconnect in Director) because of missing User info.
I have discussed that with our library provider:
"
The user information field is mandatory in RLRQ on ciphered association.
The user information field shall match that of AARQ (Deciphered values shall match).
I have included the snapshot from the green book. (see picture attached).
"
Could You add User info in RLRQ?

Best Regards
Ondrej

Hi Ondrej,

Hi Ondrej,

There are some older meters that can't handle the user information field in RLRQ even though those meters are using ciphered connections. For that reason, you need to select "Use protected release" from the "Advanced" tab and user information is sent in the RLRQ.

BR,
Mikko

Hello Mikko,

Hello Mikko,
I confirm that. Disconnecting works OK now.
Thank You.

Best Regards
Ondrej
