Hi!, I'am trying to communicate an Gurux arduino server with the Gurux Android mobile application, I have verified the OTG port connecting it with a terminal application with the debug port and the communication works. But when trying to communicate with the arduino server don't get any response. Is such communication possible between the arduino server and the mobile application?
On the other hand, the arduino server works well with Gurux python and c clients running on linux.
(in refernce abut the last comments, the IEC protocol doesn works and Landys meter doesn't exist in the list )
the Arduino and App is working!!!!!, I had to change the serial to USB converter! from a ch340 to a cp2102 and it worked fine!
It's very strange because the ch340 works with a common terminal! (and it works like a debug port)
Thank you for this information. In my mind, there is one HL-340 converter in the office, so this can be tested. If not, HL-340 is ordered, but it will take some time. :-(
I hope that this can be repeated, so we'll know the reason for this.
Hi,
Hi,
Are you getting any reply from the meter? You need to select Gurux as the manufacturer if you want to connect to the Arduino example meter.
IEC protocol is used if you are communicating with the optical probe.

Mikko
Thank you a lot Mikko!
