How to get/convert user readable format data from readRowsByRange

Hi
I am downloading data using
readRowsByEntry ; function but i am getting following data

but i am not able to convert in user readable format entry using row and col. so how we can do android app.
my use case is read profile billing data by entry.

I can fetch all billing…

I can fetch all billing history (12+1) and able to convert in readable format,( using buffer reading), so, how can do in single entry read.

You can read the Profile Generic data with Read by range or Read by entry.
