I am facing an issue while attempting to update the firmware on a meter, and I need your assistance in resolving this. Below are the details of the error I'm encountering:
Error Message: Failed to update meter firmware.
Error Details: Insufficient memory to continue the execution of the program.
Logical Name: Not specified in the error.
Steps Taken:
I tried updating the firmware using the standard procedure.
The error occurred during the firmware update process, and it was accompanied by the message “Insufficient memory to continue the execution of the program.”
I've confirmed that the meter's hardware is in working condition and there are no physical faults.

The meter returns an invalid reply. Updating the firmware changes between the meters.
Try to first read the Image transfer enabled attribute and check that it's set.

The image transfer has been enabled in the code level and followed all the procedures mentioned in the GURUX catalog to update image.
For one of the meter i'am facing the issue , when i tried to contact with the manufacturer they suggested to reboot the meter .After reboot the meter is actively taking the update.
Is it the only solution?.

The meters usually reboot when you activate the new image.
Meter manufacturers have implemented this differently, and I am not aware of how your meter manufacturer has implemented it.
