DLMSDirector

I tried to connect E650 via RS845 port, use HDLC, low, 00000000, client address 32, serial number 95798354. After save the configuration and read from meter, it seems that DLMSDirector can read some data from meter, but maybe error make it stop. But the tree display is OK. I tried to connect and read the tree parameter, it can't work.
Can you help me fix this issue?

Hi, One of your arguments is…

Hi,

One of your arguments is different from what the meter expects.
Since you are using RS-845, I believe your meter address is different from the one configured for the meter.

Hi Kurumi,
Thanks for your reply. I have tested same USB/RS485 with E650 communicaiton on same laptop via another third party DLMS software, it is working, but another software can't write the date and time to E650. So I tested via Gurux again. Now I can't found good communcaiton talking between Gurux and E650. I can see the RX and TX LED flashing when Gurux talk with E650, but flasing LED will be off and OBIS tree will be listed within ten seconds.

Hi, Reading the association…

Hi,

Reading the association view (object tree) might take a long time, but you need to do it only once. The object tree defines COSEM objects that the meter implements.
This is needed because all the meter models are different.

Can you see the object tree?

Mikko

Hi Kurumi, Yes. When I test…

Hi Kurumi,
Yes. When I test with other software, it need a long time to read the object from meter at the first talking. When I test with Gurux, it also start reading, I can see LED flashing, but within 10 seconds, reading stop, so I think it should have some error in the reading. But I can't fix this issue. Is there any special setting?

Hi,

One of your settings is different from what the meter expects. Select "Supported services" tab and uncheck "Multiple references". Read your meter again.
