With this component, you can easily create your own data collecting systems, to build an Automatic Meter Reading system (AMR), to meet your specific needs.

You should check the client example from GitHub.
https://github.com/Gurux/gurux.dlms.java

Another option is that you use the REST API and use Gurux.DLMS.AMI.
www.gurux.fi/Gurux.DLMS.AMI

I believe that Gurux.DLMS.AMI can be good option for you if you don't know meter reading very well.

I have to warn you that DLMS is not an easy protocol and it might take some time to get started.
I suggest that you install GXDLMSDirector and play with it first.

No connection can be made as target machine actively refused it
