When I copy and paste a request from GXDLMSDirector, I get an XML. The only thing that seems to change is this string <InstanceId Value="01000F0800FF" />
I'm building an application where I can select, or build reading profiles from any obis code in a database and make custom dlms requests. My question is, how can I convert an obis code, for example: 1.0.15.8.0.255 --> 01000F0800FF
or
1.0.5.8.0.255 --> 0100050800FF
in c# or in GXDLMSTranlator and vice versa?
If I can do that then I can generate an xml and don't need to create and save hundreds of xml files in my database. I'd appreciate suggestions about alternative solutions to this problem. As I said, I need my users to be able to dynamically create dlms-request-profiles which my program then is able to read.

Dear Sir,
Dear Sir,
You need to ask this from the meter manufacturer. You can see all the OBIS codes and their descriptions in the application.
