I'm trying to read an E450 Meter from Landys+Gyr with the GXDLMSDirector Version 8.0.1704.070.
I can read the meter with MAP110 so the serial settings and the used password should be correct.
For GXDLMSDirector i used the following settings:
Manufacturer: Landis+Gyr
Start Protocol: DLMS
Media: Serial
Authentication: Low
Password: (the one working with Map110)
Client Address: 11
When i try to connect i get this error:
Insufficient memory to continue the execution of the program.
This is the log:

Has someone an idea how to solve this issue?
What is the meaning of the client address? Can the right address be found out with Map110?
I can read the Landys+Gyr E350 without authentication so thanks for the good work there!
Can you read your meter with authentication level None?
If client address is wrong meter is not reply.
If pw is wrong your meter is reply that pw is wrong.
If you can get trace from Map110 I can get correct settings for you.
We are reading E650 with those settings. L+G has made some changes for some meters.
Thanks for the fast answer. No the meter can't be read without authentication also with Map110 its also not possible to read the meter without authentication.
Here is the beginning of the map110 log: (I replaced the password with 00000000)
No this is not a same error. Your meter is using so small frame size that AARE message is not fit to one packet. We have fixed this and there is a new version from GXDLMSDirector available.
Start your GXDLMSDirector and restart it. It will say that there is a new version available. Install that and it works.

Hi,
No this is not a same error. Your meter is using so small frame size that AARE message is not fit to one packet. We have fixed this and there is a new version from GXDLMSDirector available.
Start your GXDLMSDirector and restart it. It will say that there is a new version available. Install that and it works.

Great!
