I am trying to read the energy meter em101+ from L&T using optical cable. I could see the connection getting established in the LCD screen as well as in dlms director gui.
But when I try to read further for serial number etc I get
"ServiceError Read exception. Service Unsupported" message. Wondering what could be the problem. Any suggestions ? screen shot attached
Do I required any authentication additionally ?
One more thing,
I have tried the same using the DLMS python package in ubuntu and I could get the serial number and few additional info (but no readings yet) sharing the trace log below,

Hi,
Hi,
Have you checked checked "Use Logical Name" from the meter settings?
