We are trying to load meter certificates in Gurux Director using the tab "Certificates" inside the tool "Gurux DLMS translator" available in the application.
After right click and select "Add" option, seems the tool wait for *.pem certificate format.
Our PKI generates meter certificates in *.cer format according to our trust anchor.
We are trying to export the public key certificates in *.pem format instead of *.cer to make available load in Gurux Director, but we are facing errors when adding in them:
"" The input is not a valid Base64 strings as it contais a non-base64 character, more than two padding characters, or illegal character among the padding characters ""
Do you have an example of public key certificate in *.pem format available to share in order to compare the format you use to load certificates in Gurux Director with the *.pem format generated in our PKI??
Only pem-format is supported at the moment. I'll check is it possible to add support for crt.
In the meantime can you convert the certificate to pem format?
BR,
Mikko
Exactly, that is what we have tried, export from our PKI the certificate in *.pem format instead of *.cer, but for any reason when we try add the *.pem certificate in Gurux Director the tool show us this error, as we explained previously:
"" The input is not a valid Base64 strings as it contais a non-base64 character, more than two
padding characters, or illegal character among the padding characters ""
Do you have an example *.pem cetificate valid for Gurux Director available to share in order to compare with the *.pem format exported by or PKI??

Thanks so much for the support!
Hi,
Hi,
We are using X509Certificate structure that is defined on IEC
https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5280
I'll add support for the pem file for the worklist, but it will take some time before we can implement it.

Mikko
