Sir, i have contacted the vendor and he has given that default port for pull is 4059, i have configured this in the GLXDirector but unable to connect I have given the screen shot plz check whether configuration given is correct or not.
Check that you can access your APN. Also, check the firewall. This error is coming from Windows and it means that connection can't be established. There is nothing that we can do for this.
Verify that your meter is really using static and not dynamic IP addresses.

Permission denied is OS error. This app is not connecting to the meter. Check that you have a static IP.
Another app expects that meter makes the connection.

Hi,
Hi,
If you are using static IP address you can access your meter with GXDLMSDirector.
Just set correct IP address and try to connect.

Mikko
Thank you for quick reply
Thank you for quick reply Mikko Kurunsaari,
is it possible to read that meter (static Ip) using gurx.dlm.client example code in java
Hi,
Hi,
Yes, it is. If you are using the static IP address it will behave as using normal TCP/IP connection.

Mikko
