Thanks in advance for you help, but i still cant read it. It replies a textbox with "failed to receive reply from the device in given time" I am doing the connection via serial and 9600 baudrate. Any tips?
Okay, i could start the process but it is now telling me "you cant convert a System.Object[] to System.Byte[] " and enters in a loop, each 5-6 seconds it pops up the message "failed to receive reply in given time". Help please!
My plan is to know what OBIS directions it has so that i can use a gurux python library to do the whole process via a raspberry pi 3.
I am doing the process via Serial communication and I had configured the smart meter before with the ACE Pilot software so I'm sure it is working at 9600 baudrate at the moment,
The next step is using these addresses to get data from the smart meter right? Is there an example with the python gurux library to do so? Thanks for the attention
Just went through all of the addresses and I found out the Load Profile 1-2 which i previously configured via ACE Pilot, I would like to obtain these two addresses:
0.0.99.1.0.255 load profile 1
0.0.99.2.9.255 load profile 2
What I don't know is how to specify that I want the latest values measured.
Also I try to read the values with the Director, but it won't let me access to them. This is the answer:
"Action accomplish", "Access Error: Device reports a hardware fault"
Thanks for any help!
Good afternoon, I'm also working with this meter, and yes. The meter allows you to read simple values such as the clock and others. and I can also read the load profile but I do not understand very well how to associate each event with a specific date like an hour or a quarter of the hour.
Please, create a new thread if you have a new question.
You need to ask documentation from the meter manufacturer where the content of the data is described.
Want to read ITRON ACE 6000
Hi,
Select Actaris to the manufacturer and you can read the meter.

Hi,
Try to change the baud rate. Example 4800 8N1.
Are you using an optical head?

Hi,
Can you read ACE 6000 using GXDLMSDirector at the moment? Any simple values? Example like clock?
