Hello Sir,
I want to read Secure i-credit 350 meter. I am trying since 15 days and i established connection but, i am not able to read voltage and current.
As i am using DLMS Protocol, i found in one post and you suggest there to refresh device after connection, it will automatically read supported OBIS Code from meter. but, in my case it is not working.
i attachedDLMS connection JPEG file. Kindly Reply me.
i used only one OBIS Code and that is Data-0.0.42.0.0.255

Secure i-credit 350 shows data but not register
Hi,
Usually problem is that you must use Low authentication to get all data.
With some meters connection without authentication will show only small part of the data.
You need password if you want to use Low or High Authentication. You must ask this from meter vendor if that is not on the manual. We don't know it.

Mikko
Hello Sir,
Hello Sir,
Thank you for your quick reply.. i asked my vendor for authentication password.
now, my other question is that is it possible to connect meter by transmitting SNRM request directly from serial terminal??
i transmitt following request
7E A0 0F 03 21 93 D7 E4 81 80 03 06 01 80 6B 66 7E. but, meter is not responding.
i want to send this request directly from microcontroller to connect meter. is it possible through UART without implementing whole protocol.
Secure i-credit 350 shows data but not register
Hi,
Check your serial port settings.
SNRM is just one command that is used. I'm afraid that you have to implement whole protocol.
We have also ANSI C stack, but it's not open source.

Mikko
Hi
Hi
Even i am getting the same result with Secure Premium 300 meters.
But the passwords given by the vendor for both LOW and HIGH authentication is still not helpful as it shows either authentication error or service write error : service unsupported.
Secure Premium 300 meters.
Hi,
You should ask if there is new firmware from the meter manufacturer.

Hi,
Hi,
I am working on Genus 3-phase meter with DLMS Protocol.
I can check data using a Common Meter Reading Instrument.
Can I get the meter data using a Microcontroller?
Microcontroller
Hi,
Please, If you have a new question, create a new topic.
I believe that you need to use our ANSI C stack. It's not open source.
Send an email to me if you are interested in it.
